This site collects very little, and what it collects comes only to our office.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The theme toggle remembers your choice in your own browser only.
Your enquiry
The enquiry form and the WhatsApp buttons open a message from you to us — your name, phone number, travel dates and what you are planning. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms; the message reaches the A Joy Zoom Tours and Travels office and is used only to plan and quote your trip.
Bookings and documents
For bookings, we ask for the details the hotels, airlines, railways and insurers require — such as photo ID or passport copies — and share them only with those suppliers.
Photographs and reviews
The photographs on this site are licensed stock photographs, credited to their photographers, and the reviews are public reviews from our TourTravelWorld listing. If one of them is yours and you would like it removed, message us and it comes down.
Links and the map
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other sites are plain links; this site itself shares nothing with them. A map, where one is shown, is loaded from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies.
